Delivery Policy

At DigiSoft, most products are delivered digitally by email and/or through your customer account. Some physical licenses may be shipped by Priority Mail and include a tracking number when physical shipment is available or explicitly stated on the product page.

1 Digital Delivery Only

Most products sold on www.digisoftwarekey.com are digital products. This includes software licenses, activation keys, and related digital license information.

No physical product, box, disc, USB drive, printed card, or postal shipment will be sent unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Physical licenses, when available, are shipped by Priority Mail with a tracking number.

Delivery cost: Free for digital products. Physical license shipping details may depend on the specific product listing.

⚡ Automated Delivery

Automated Delivery after purchase

Most DigiSoft products are delivered automatically after successful payment. For automated products, license details are sent directly to the buyer’s email address and may also be available inside the customer account.

Products with automated delivery will usually be marked in the product description with a tag such as “Automated Delivery”.

License details may be sent directly to the email address used at checkout.

⏱ Manual Delivery

Manual Delivery 0–30 min CET

Some products may require manual verification or manual processing before delivery.

Manual delivery is usually completed within 0–30 minutes during active delivery hours, based on CET / Central Europe Time.

  • Manual processing may be needed for selected products.
  • Delivery can depend on order verification and working delivery hours.
  • High order volume or security checks may cause delays.

4 Delivery Hours

Manual deliveries and support-related delivery checks are usually handled during the following time period:

Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 23:00 CET / Central Europe Time

Orders placed outside active manual delivery hours may be processed as soon as possible during the next available delivery period. Automated delivery products may still be delivered instantly at any time if the system processes the order successfully.

5 How to Find Your Product Key

After completing your purchase, your product key may be visible after successful payment and can also be found inside your customer account when available.

  • Go to “My Account” by clicking the upper-right corner of the website.
  • Click on “Keys”.
  • In the “Keys” section, you can find your product key when it is available for your order.
  • Your product key is visible only to you inside your customer account.
  • The product key may also be visible after completing the payment during checkout.

6 Email Delivery

In addition to the customer account area, product keys and delivery details may also be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please make sure that your email address is entered correctly before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address.

  • Check your inbox after purchase.
  • Check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.
  • Make sure your mailbox is not full.
  • Make sure your email provider is not blocking automated emails.

7 If You Do Not Find the Product Key

If the product key is not listed on the order page or inside your account, it may still be sent to you by email after the order has been processed.

If you do not receive the product key within two hours, please contact our support team and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

8 Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention, some orders may require additional verification before delivery is completed.

Verification may be required for unusual order activity, payment risk checks, incorrect customer details, duplicate orders, or suspected unauthorized payment use.

9 Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible.

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your order details before changing the delivery email address or resending product information.

10 Delivery Issues

If there is any issue with delivery, our support team will help you locate your product key, resend delivery information where appropriate, or verify your order status.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer email addresses.
  • We are not responsible for emails blocked by customer email providers or spam filters.
  • Manual delivery may be delayed during high order volume or security checks.
  • Orders with payment issues or fraud-risk flags may be delayed until verification is complete.
