RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS
DigiSoft works really hard to provide its clients outstanding support and fair return policies. We provide a 7 days return window because we want to make sure that our clients are pleased with the product(s) they purchased. Please keep in mind that replacement requests for digital items must be made by email to digisoftwaresupply@gmail.com or within 7 days of the purchase if the product is not valid or functioning (online or phone activation fails). Because of nature of the Digital Items no refund is available, only replacement!

We guarantee you that if you contact us for assistance within the first 7 days after purchase and we are unable to resolve your activation issue, we will give a REPLACEMENT.

WE ACCEPT THE RETURN WHEN
The product is defective, not valid/working (online/phone activation fails) (defective licenses will be replaced or refunded depending on customer’s choice.)
Please keep in mind that all the licenses sold by DigiSoft are valid for 1PC and cannot be transferred. (unless specified otherwise)
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN WHEN
Customer changed his mind or accidentally made an order (due to nature of a digital item, we do not allow returns for this reason), the software is not compatible with customer hardware (software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer). Example 1, purchases a windows software package for a MAC machine. Example 2, purchases a product suitable for windows 10 only, but has a windows 8 operating system.
DigiSoft does not take liability for any underlying local issues with the computer that could prevent the normal functioning of any software sold.
Your acceptance of our return policy is implied by your making an order on our website. Any of the agreements are subject to alteration or modification at any moment.
WARRANTY

You may request a refund only if the product key stops working by itself or if you were never able to activate it in the first place.
